STEP 4. Section 5: Installing on Un-Level Slab or Deck

1. Completely read all installation instructions.

2. Find lowest point of slab with a stringline level, transit, or level.

3. After determining the low point, begin installation of "that" side wall first, either left or right wall. Complete section 2, steps 1 through 3.

4. Transfer filler panel and wall sections width measurements to the legs inside the base channel.

5. Find the pitch of the slab, where each wall section will sit in the base channel.

6. Transfer pitch measurements to bottom kickplate sections. Strike with chalk line and cut with circular saw (Note: check measurements 3 times before cutting). Wall panels will now stand plumb even though slab is not level.

7. Cut first corner posts to desired height.

8. Continue wall assembly, Section 2, steps 4 through 7.

9. Complete Section 3, steps 1 through 3.

10. Measure bottom kickplate height at front corner of side wall. Transfer this measurement to adjoining front wall’s bottom kickplate, at same corner. Measure top kickplate height at front corner of side wall. Transfer this measurement to adjoining front wall top kickplate at same corner.

11. Repeat Section 5, steps 4 through 6.

12. Cut second corner post to desired height.

13. Complete Section 3, steps 4 through 7.

14. Measure bottom kickplate height, at front wall corner, and transfer measurement to adjoining side wall’s bottom kickplate at that corner.

15. Repeat Section 5, steps 4 through 6.

16. Complete Section 2, steps 4 through 6 for the last sidewall.
